Framed by Sam ("we", "us") turns photos you upload into AI-generated professional headshots. Your photos are personal, so this policy is deliberately short and plain.

What we collect

• Photos you upload — used solely to generate your headshots.
• Email address — used for order confirmation, delivery, and order lookup.
• Order details — plan, payment status, and any coupon or referral code you use.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How your photos are used

Your uploaded photos train a temporary, private AI model that exists only to create your headshots. Your photos and likeness are:

• never used to train shared or general-purpose AI models,
• never sold, shared, or used in marketing without your explicit written permission,
• accessible only to you via your private order link.

How long we keep things

We keep your uploads and generated headshots only as long as needed to provide the service, including redos. You can request deletion of all your photos and personal data at any time by emailing sam@framedbysam.com — we'll confirm deletion within 7 days.

Services we rely on

We use a small number of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (order database), Astria (AI image generation), Amazon Web Services (photo storage), and Resend (email). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. Email sam@framedbysam.com and we'll handle it — no forms, no runaround.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to customers with active orders.
