Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Framed by Sam. By placing an order you agree to them. The short version: upload photos you have the right to use, we generate your headshots, and if you're not happy we make it right.

The service

Framed by Sam uses AI to generate professional headshots from photos you upload. Results are AI-generated images: they will look like you, but they are new images, not edited photographs. Exact results vary with the quality and variety of your uploads.

Your photos

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you their permission.
• You keep all rights to your uploaded photos.
• You own the headshots we generate for you and may use them anywhere, including commercially (LinkedIn, resumes, press, marketing).

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to impersonate others, to generate images of someone without their consent, or for any unlawful purpose. We may cancel and refund orders that violate this.

Payment

Prices are listed at checkout and charged once — no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Coupon codes are subject to their stated limits and may be deactivated in cases of abuse.

Refund policy

• Free redo: if your results don't meet expectations, we'll regenerate your headshots once at no charge — just reply to your delivery email.
• Full refund: still not satisfied after the redo? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Delivery

Most orders are ready in 20–40 minutes. AI generation occasionally takes longer; if your order hasn't arrived within 24 hours, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
